Jaime Construction, Inc. has successfully completed a vast variety of both big and small projects over the years and is committed to delivering the utmost quality services. Some work that is worth mentioning includes:

Torres Multicultural Communications

During 2015, Torres Multicultural Communications (TMC), a Latina-owned marketing communications agency based in the heart of downtown Phoenix, underwent a one-year renovation project of its new office space, a former 8,000 square foot warehouse furniture building located at 801 E. Washington Street. Jaime Construction remodeled the entire 30-year-old building into a modern and environmentally friendly commercial office space. The commercial property includes modern conference rooms, offices and design rooms, along with an art gallery and focus group facility.

University of Phoenix Stadium

Jaime Construction was hired to work on head end rooms throughout the University of Phoenix stadium in Glendale, AZ. Three individual industrial type structures were built on the mezzanine level to enable cellular providers to expand their network inside of the stadium. Electrical service had to come from the field level electrical distribution system, pass thru 4 separate individual levels of stadium, then over to the “head-end” rooms. This was a very complex process that required a large power shut down to part of the stadium. These “head-end” rooms also required several large HVAC units to keep the extensive cellular equipment at a very cool temperature, a special exhaust/venting system, a complex battery back up system, and several other components.
